The Harford County REALTOR® Rookie Society exists to support its members by providing educational classes and networking opportunities to enhance and stimulate members of the profession to the open exchange of ideas on current issues in the real estate industry, including ethics, professionalism, duties and responsibilities.
The Harford County Association of REALTORS® has officially formed a REALTOR® Rookie Society, created and dedicated to REALTORS® licensed in real estate for four years or less to assist those members in related educational and professional matters at the local level. bring your business plan to this class and learn how to use it every day to stay

seller price their home to sell at top value in the shortest time. You
will also learn how to help your buyer determine the best purchase price for any
home.
In addition you will learn the basic financing programs available today to help your buyers and sellers understand the requirements for each program.
