Statement
The Harford
County RISING REALTOR® Society exists to support members by providing educational classes
and networking opportunities to enhance and stimulate members of the profession
to the open exchange of ideas on current issues in the real estate industry,
including ethics, professionalism, duties and responsibilities. All Members of HCAR
may attend at NO CHARGE and NO APPLICATION. Non-members may attend one
seminar at NO CHARGE (additional seminars will be charged at $45.00 each)
