The REALTOR Dues renewal period for 2012 has ended.  THANK YOU to all who renewed with HCAR this year.

HCAR REALTOR® membership renewal dues are payable annually to HCAR on October 1st.  Late fees are $50 if not received before November 1st. 

Membership status is automatically terminated if not received before December 1st and reported to Sentrilock, MRIS, MAR and NAR. 

A $100 reinstatement fee is assessed for any member terminated for nonpayment of dues and wishes to be reinstated within the fiscal year.

i.e. MRIS fees are currently $93/qtr more for non-REALTORS and INACTIVE members.  All other REALTOR benefits would also will no longer be available, such as Sentrilock Services, No Charge CE classes, No charge Seminars, No Charge Membership Meetings, all local business discounts, and all MAR and NAR benefits, including the right to use the REALTOR® trademark.   

Note - if you have not registered your user name and password with www.REALTOR.org you need to do so at least 24 hours in advance to pay your membership dues.
