2011 Renewals
HCAR membership renewal dues are payable annually to HCAR on October 1st.  Late fees are $50 if not received before November 1st.  Membership will be automatically INACTIVE if not received by November 15th and it is reported to MRIS.  MRIS fees are currently $93/qtr more for non-REALTORS.  All other REALTOR benefits also will no longer be available, such as Sentrilock Services, Free CE classes, local business discounts, MAR and NAR benefits.   

Membership may be reinstated by applying as a new REALTOR member with the full dues payment.
