SentriLock will be making SentriCards inactive for accessing lockboxes and moving to app only effective Monday, March 28, 2022. If you are not currently using the app, please download the SentriKey® Real Estate app as soon as possible to familiarize yourself with the process. When you log in to the app, you will use the same credentials that you use when logging in to the SentriLock website. SentriLock stopped issuing cards for new members in April of 2021.
However, if you own lockboxes of your own, DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR CARD!!
Please remember NOT to share your login information with anyone, including fellow agents. Below is a list of informational links to help you get acquainted or reacquainted with the SentriKey app, and to help make this an easy transition for you.

We appreciate your patience as we all work together to make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone.As a reminder, those who own lockboxes will be able to use their SentriCard® with lockboxes they own, if necessary, for certain basic ownership functions. Those functions include:
• Taking or transferring ownership
• Releasing the shackle
• Assigning the lockbox to a listing
• Opening the key compartment
• Setting a Lockbox Clock
• Customizing a Lockbox
Another reminder, if you lose or damage your SentriCard, they are no longer replaceable.
