Kathy is the Chief Executive Officer of the Harford County Association of REALTORS®. Her responsibilities are managing the operations of the association. Kathy has 30 years of experience as an executive director in the non-profit industry and a business owner. Her accomplishments throughout her career included collective bargaining negotiations; budget development and oversight; advocation/opposition to legislation and regulations throughout the United States and in Congress; initiating press coverage; marketing; fundraising; meeting planning and seminar productions.

Laura Metz has 30 years of experience with the Association. She is our staff liaison for many committees, including Affiliate, Awards, Grievance, Networking, Nominating, Trade Show, and YPN. She works closely with the CEO, coordinates events, is our database administrator, keeps accurate records of our membership and their dues payments, and is our Professional Standards Administrator. Laura is always happy to help you with any membership concerns.
Veronica Rolocut, former professional staff for the Committee on Rules in the U.S. House of Representatives, serves as the Government Affairs Director for the Association. She develops and directs the legislative strategy for the Association including candidate selection during election years. In addition to her political responsibilities, she also directs the Association's advocacy efforts including Calls For Action and advocacy outreach in the community. She staffs the Legislative, Marketing & Communications, Membership, and RPAC committees.
When communicating with Debbie Gantert, you will always be made to feel welcomed and your REALTOR® needs will be taken care of. Debbie serves as our Member Services Coordinator and has over 25 years of customer service experience. She handles all things regarding SentriLock, the REALTOR® Store, new member applications for REALTORS® and Affiliates, and much more. She will be happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.
April Williams is a dedicated Administrative Assistant. Working part-time, April plays a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office environment. Her day-to-day responsibilities include greeting members with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing invaluable support to the staff, and assisting members with various inquiries and needs.
